Twenty eight (28) years in the Public Service, nineteen (19) of which are in organisational development and human resources with eleven years as a senior manager. I am currently occupying a position of Chief Director: Human Resources, which is an executive level position at the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy ,since June 2011. I am responsible for the overall human resources strategy for the department. I am registered with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) as a human resources professional.
