Thabo Djoye

Being a UTT bursary beneficiary has been the best thing to happen to me at varsity since I didn’t have any means to pay for my fees because I’m from a family of 6 and my mother is the the only one working(as a kitchen assistant) so she cant afford to pay for my fees, I’m truly grateful to UTT for coming through at the time I needed financial help the most. This helped me even work harder and improve my academics and as a result I managed to score an average of 81.5%. The plan after completing my undergraduate degree in B.Sc Chemistry & Mathematics is to find a job so I can help home but if I cant then I’d like to further my studies and do my honours in either Chemistry or Materials Science to broaden up my opportunities.
